Terms of participation

Effective October 18, 2026 · Swapotamus referral pilot

Participate honestly

Register only websites you own or are authorized to manage. Keep ownership records current. Do not submit malicious, deceptive, illegal, adult, gambling, or spam destinations. Never generate automated clicks, concealed widgets, or misleading referrals.

Useful recommendations

Recommend complementary websites for visitor value. Links default to nofollow. Paid placements are outside this pilot and must never be represented as organic recommendations. Participation does not promise traffic, revenue, search ranking improvements, or reciprocal placement.

Control and moderation

You can pause your websites, block partners, and delete your account. Administrators may suspend abusive websites or restrict anomalous traffic. Removal from the network can take up to 30 seconds in already cached browser responses; previously open pages can retain links until reloaded.

Pilot participation

The service is provided as a limited referral pilot without uptime or traffic guarantees. No paid billing is currently active. You are responsible for your site’s compliance and third-party content. We may change these terms with notice in the product before material changes take effect.
